Rose of the Heart Association
ROSE OF THE HEART Association is a non-profit legal entity registered for the purpose of carrying out activities for public benefit.
The Organization is accredited for mediation in intercountry adoptions. The Association provides services to persons with habitual residence in the USA, Canada and Italy.
The Association receives its funds from membership fees, donations and proceeds from its activities which are carried out in compliance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and in line with the provisions of the Association’s Statute.
