- Implement adoption programs.
- Co-operate with the state authorities of the Republic of Bulgaria working in the field of child protection and assist them in the protection of the rights and interests of children;
- Effect and facilitate contacts of Bulgarian and foreign organizations with health and specialized institutions raising abandoned children;
- Raise public attention towards the problems of children, including make popular the basic principles of child protection;
- Carry out charitable activities in order to aid specialized institutions for raising children, children’s health facilities and foster families;
- Organize and carry out research and development on the problems of children, of people with disabilities and people of unequal social status as well as on ecological problems;
- Develop international cooperation in the field of child protection;
- Take part in projects of the European Union, of the Bulgarian State and of Bulgarian and foreign NGO and other agencies and institutions in the field of protection and support of children, of people with disabilities and people of unequal social status as well as projects in the field of environmental protection and protection of human rights;
- Engage the public with the problems of children, of people with disabilities and people of unequal social status as well as with ecological problems.
